Bulduru Dārzkopības vidusskolas vēsture (1910 - 2005)

Abstract

Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ir izzināt Bulduru Dārzkopības vidusskolas vēsturi visas skolas pastāvēšanas laikā (1910. – 2005.). Šajā darbā aplūkota Bulduru Dārzkopības vēsture no tās pirmsākumiem līdz mūsdienām. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo mācību iestādei 2010. gada vasarā apritēs 100 gadu pastāvēšanas jubileja, bet tās vēsturiskā gaita apjomīgi nav izpētīta un skola ir ieinteresēta par šī darba tapšanā. Darba izstrādes gaitā tiek secināts, ka darbs palīdzēs izprast dārzkopības specialitātes un ar to saistīto specialitāšu (floristikas, puķkopības, ainavu dizaina) iegūšanas nozīmi mūsu valstī. Darbam varētu būt nozīmīga vieta Latvijas pedagoģijas un skolu vēstures izpētē, skatot tēmu par profesionālās izglītības attīstību Latvijā. Darbā izmantotas sekojošas pētījuma metodes: literatūras un avotu analīze, skolas arhīva un P. Dindoņa muzeja materiālu analīze, atmiņu pierakstu analīze, skolas absolventu, skolas darbinieku un skolēnu anketēšana. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 6 nodaļām, secinājumiem, 43 vienībām izmantotās literatūras un avotiem sarakstā, 22 pielikumiem. Darba apjoms 99 lapaspuses.

The main aim of the research is to investigate the history of Bulduru Horticultural secondary school during all the years of its existence (1910-2005). The history of the agriculture in Bulduri since its beginning till nowadays is substantially explored and described in the research. Since educational institution is going to celebrate its centenary in the year 2010 selected issue was important and outstanding topic to study. There were not well-founded researches of history of Bulduri Horticultural secondary school and school administration were interested in carrying out the research. Reading the research of the topic one can come to the conclusion that it is outstanding material for understanding the importance of horticulture and its related specialties (floriculture, landscape design and floristics) education in Latvia. Research is important chapter of the history of pedagogy in Latvia and history of schools. The issue has been researched in the light of the development of professional education in Latvia. The main sources of research are the materials of Bulduru Horticultural secondary school archive, the archive of the P.Dindona museum. The important part of research materials consists of interviews of the school administration, teachers, personnel and former and current students. The methodologies used during research are: analysis of literature, sources and archive documents, analysis of memories, interviews and questionnaires. The research consists of introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions, 43 items in the list of used literature and sources, 22 appendix. Size of research is 99 pages.
