Starptautiskā izglītība un tās ieguvušā studenta iespējas Latvijas darba tirgū

Abstract

Darbs izstrādāts par aktuālu tēmu – starptautisko izglītību ieguvušo studentu iespējas Latvijas darba tirgū. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt starptautiskās izglītības iespējas ārzemēs un noskaidrot atšķirības darba tirgū starp studentiem, kas ir mācījušies ārzemēs un tiem, kas augstāko izglītību ieguvuši Latvijā, kā arī raksturot darba tirgu Latvijā un tā saikni un sadarbību ar izglītības iestādēm, ar dokumentu un zinātniskās literatūras, anketēšanas un interviju palīdzību. Lai noskaidrotu pēc iespējas detalizētāku informāciju par darba tēmu, bakalaura darbā tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi, ar kuru palīdzību tika veikts pētījums. Darba galvenie izvirzītie uzdevumi bija: 1.Izpētīt dokumentus par starptautisko izglītību, sadarbību un studiju iespējām ārvalstīs. 2.Izpētīt darba tirgus pieprasījumu un piedāvājumu. 3.Anketēt mērķa grupu, lai noskaidrotu ieguvumus studējot ārvalstīs. 4.Intervēt darba devējus, lai noskaidrotu viņu viedokli un skatījumu uz mērķa grupu darba tirgū. 5.Izpētīt un analizēt aptaujas par studentu ieguvumiem un to priekšrocībām Latvijas darba tirgū, iegūtos datus atspoguļojot diagrammās. Darba gaitā tika apskatīti un analizēti zinātniskās literatūras avoti, kā arī interneta resursos pieejamā informācija par bakalaura darba aktuālo tēmu. Veiktā pētījuma ietvaros tika izmantotas gan kvalitatīvās, gan kvantitatīvās izpētes metodes. Kvalitatīvā metode izmantota, lai veiktu trīs darba devēju interviju, zinātniskās literatūras un normatīvo aktu analīzi. Kvantitatīvā metode tika pielietota, aptaujājot studentus, lai noskaidrotu viņu viedokļus par studijām ārvalstīs, to ieguvumiem, trūkumiem utt. Darba noslēgumā ir atspoguļots visas pētījumā iegūtās informācijas un datu apkopojums un analīze.

The work is written about actual topic – opportunities in Latvian labour market for students who got international education. The work’s objectives are to research international education possibilities abroad and clarify the difference between the students who have been studying abroad and those who have been studying in Latvia as well as to describe the labour market in Latvia and its link and colaboration with educational institutions with the help of documents and scientific literature, questionaire and interviews. In order to geather as detailed as possible information about the work’s theme there were brought forward number of objectives with who help was made the research. Work’s main objectives were: 1.Analyze the documents about international education, cooperation and study possibilities abroad. 2.Analyze labour market’s demand and supply. 3.Survey the target audience in order to clarify benefits of studying abroad. 4.To interview employers in order to clarify their view point on the target audience in the labour market. 5.Analyze the survey data about student’s benefits in the Latvian labour market. Acquired data to present in the diagrams. In the writing process of the work there were analyzed scietific literature sources as well as in the internet sources available information about bachelor work actual theme. Bachelor work consisted of quantitative and qualitative research. Qualitative research was used for the three employer interviews, scientific literature and laws and regulations analysis. Quantitative methode was used when surveying students in order to get to know their view points about the sudies abroad, its benefits and drawbacks, etc. In the end of the work there is presented all acquired information, data summary and analysis.
