Klases audzinātāja un ģimenes sadarbības iespējas 1.klases skolēnu adaptācijas periodā

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izzināt klases audzinātājas un ģimenes sadarbības iespējas 1. klases skolēnu adaptācijas periodā. Tika veikta literatūras analīze par bērnu adaptācijas periodu 1.klasē, šī procesa būtību, pētīti sekmīgas adaptācijas perioda norises priekšnoteikumi, skolēna ģimenes un klases audzinātāja iespējas šī procesa sekmīgā norisē, kā arī veikts jaunākā skolas vecuma bērnu vecumposma raksturojums. Tika izzinātas teorētiskās nostādnes par klases audzinātājas un ģimenes sadarbības būtību, mērķiem un uzdevumiem, saturu un formām, kā arī aplūkoti literatūrā minēti sadarbību traucējošie faktori. Pētījumā veikta adaptācijas un sadarbības sākotnējā izpēte un diagnosticēšana. Izveidota klases audzinātāja un ģimenes sadarbības 1.klases skolēnu adaptācijas perioda izmēģinājuma darbības programma, tā daļēji aprobēta un analizēti rezultāti.

The purpose of the diploma paper is to investigate opportunities of cooperation between the form master and the family during the adaptation period class 1 pupils. The research encompassed literature analysis on the adaptation period in class 1, the essence of this process, preconditions for a successful process of the adaptation period, opportunities of the pupil’s family and the form master in facilitating successful accomplishment of this process, as well as the ageframe characteristics of the junior school age pupils. The research included investigation of theoretic approaches on cooperation between the form master and the family, goals and tasks, contents and forms, as well as examination of cooperation impeding factors accounted in literature. The research includes initial examination and diagnosing adaptation and cooperation. A pilot programme of cooperation between the form master and the family during the adaptation period class 1 pupils was drafted, partially approbated and the results analyzed.
