Skolas vadības komandas līderības procesu analīze.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – „Skolas vadības komandas līderības procesa analīze”. Darbā analizēts skolas vadības komandas līderības procesa nozīme izglītības kvalitātes pilnveidošanā. Aptaujātas divdesmit Latvijas skolu vadības komandas. Secināts, ka lielākajā daļā vadības komandu tiek realizēts komandas līderības stils, turklāt pastāv vidēji cieša pozitīva korelācija starp dominējošo līderības stilu un skolas vietu Draudzīgā Aicinājuma pilsētas skolu reitingu tabulā. Izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies – skolas vadības komandas darbs ir efektīvs, jo lielākā daļa vadības komandu realizē komandu līderības principu, vadība skaidri izprot komandas darba nozīmi izglītībā, un to līderi nodrošina izglītības kvalitāti.

The title of the master research work is “The Analysis of Leadership Process in Management Team at School”. The author has analyzed the importance of leadership process of management team of the school to improve the quality of education process. There was an inquiry of twenty school management teams in Latvia, each five people. The conclusion is that the dominant leadership style in Latvian gymnasiums is team-based, besides that there is medium strong correlation between the dominant leadership style and the school rating, which is an indicator of education quality of Latvian schools. The hypothesis was approved. The school team work is effective, if the management team realizes the importance of comprehensive management methods, team work in education and the leaders foster the quality of education
