Diplomdarbā analizēts starpkultūru kompetences izkopšanas process divās Latvijas mazākumtautību vidusskolu 11. klasēs (Rīgas Klasiskā ģimnāzija un Bauskas 2. vidusskola), noskaidrojot latviešu literatūras mācību procesa pilnveides iespējas, lai iespējami veiksmīgi nodrošinātu nepieciešamo starpkultūru kompetenču attīstību.
Diplomdarba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota pieejamās teorētiskās literatūras analīze, kā arī veikta attiecīgo klašu skolēnu aptauja un veikts pedagoģisks eksperiments (novadīta latviešu literatūras mācību stunda, ievērojot analīzes rezultātā gūtās atziņas par nepieciešamo metožu pilnveidošanu latviešu literatūras apguvei).
Diplomdarba pirmajā daļa analizēta starpkultūru attiecību veidošanas teorētiskā bāze un starpkultūru kompetenču jēdziens un tā elementi, kā arī mazākumtautību izglītības un bilingvisma teorētiskie nosacījumi un apstākļi Latvijā.
Diplomdarba otrajā daļā ir veikts abu klašu pedagoģiski psiholoģisks raksturojums, ievērojot attiecīgā vecumposma attīstības psiholoģiskos nosacījumus.
Diplomdarba trešajā daļā aplūkoti pētījuma praktiskie rezultāti (anketēšanas rezultāti, metodiskie ieteikumi un to izmēģinājuma apraksts).
Diplomdarba nobeigumā ir apkopoti darba rezultātā gūtie secinājumi. The aim of these theses is to analyse development of cross – cultural competencies in Form 11 of two high schools of minorities (Riga Classical Gymnasium, Bauska 2nd High School) in order to study out possibilities to improve study process of Latvian literature, in order to ensure necessary development of cross – cultural competencies.
In order to reach the aim of these theses the author used following methods: analysis of theoretical literature, as well as inquiry of the students of these classes and pedagogical experiment (lesson of Latvian literature in one of the schools, using the ideas about the necessary improvement of teaching methods in classes of Latvian literature received as a result of this analysis).
In the first part of these theses the theoretical basis of cross – cultural relations and notion of cross – cultural competencies is analysed, as well as theoretical background of minorities’ education and bilingualism in Latvia.
In the second part of these theses the pedagogically psychological characterization of both classes is made, using the psychological factors of the said age period.
In the third part the practical results of the research are revealed (results of the inquiry, methodological recommendations and description of respective pedagogical experiment).
In the end of the theses the conclusions of the research are summarized.
