Kustību spēļu izmantošana veselības mācības tēmu apguvē vidusskolā.

Abstract

Veselības mācības un sporta skolotāja specialitātes 5.kursa studentes Lauras Jursones diplomdarba „Kustību spēļu izmantošana veselības mācības tēmu apguvē vidusskolā” mērķis ir parādīt kustību spēļu izmantošanas iespējas veselības mācības tēmu apguvē vidusskolā. Diplomdarbs sastāv no divām daļām ar apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek sniegts teorētiskais pamatojums kustību spēļu izmantošanai veselības mācības stundās vidusskolā, vadoties no veselības mācības un fiziskās audzināšanas teorijas, kā arī jauniešu vecumposmam raksturīgās psihiskās un fizioloģiskās attīstības skatu punkta. Darba praktiskajā daļā ir veikts pedagoģiskais pētījums, kura rezultāti apskatāmi četrās apakšnodaļās: pētījuma bāzes raksturojumā, skolēnu attieksmju izzināšanā, izvēlēto kustību spēļu aprobācijā veselības mācības stundās un ārpusstundu pasākumos, iegūto rezultātu analīzē. Darbs sastāv no 62 lapām, kurā iekļauti 8 attēli un 3 pielikumi.

The aim of the diploma work – „The use of movement games in the acquisition of the themes of the health education in the high school” – is to show abilities of using movement games in the acquisition of the themes of the health education in the high school. The diploma work has two parts. The first part describes theoretical base of the use of movement games in the health education lessons in the high school. This part of diploma work is written following theories of health education and sport education; it describes psychological and physiological development of young people. The practical part of the work shows the pedagogical research , which results is shown in the following four parts: the description of the research base, the research of pupils attitude, the approbation of the chosen movement games in health education lessons and out lesson events, the analyze of results. The diploma work consists 62 pages, which includes 8 pictures and 3 appendixes.
