Apmierinātības ar dzīvi, darba un ģimenes dzīves balansa un apmierinātības pāru attiecībās saistība

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Apmierinātības ar dzīvi, darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvara un apmierinātības partnerattiecībās saistība” mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda saistība pastāv starp pētījuma konceptiem, kā arī, kuri no darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvara un apmierinātības partnerattiecībās aspektiem vislabāk prognozē apmierinātību ar dzīvi. Pētījuma izlasi veidoja 102 partnerattiecībās esoši Latvijas iedzīvotāji vecumā no 29 – 42 gadiem, 51 vīrietis un 51 sieviete. Visi respondenti veidoja kopīgu izlasi. Respondentiem tika piedāvātas trīs metodes: Apmierinātības ar dzīvi skala (Satisfaction With Life Scale), (Diener, Emmons, Larsen, & Griffin, 1985) – A. Upmanes adaptācija Latvijā (Upmane, 2010); Apmierinātības ar attiecībām aptauja (Index of Marital Satisfaction),(W. Hudson, 1982); Darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvara aptauja (Positive & Negative family-to-work spillover), kas iegūta (Kirchmeyer, 1992, 1993, iegūts no Stevens, Minnotte, Mannon, & Kiger, 2007) un maģistra darba ietvaros adaptēta Latvijā. Iegūtie rezultāti parāda, ka pozitīvi korelē: Apmierinātība ar dzīvi un Apmierinātība ar partnerattiecībām (r = 0,35; p = 0,01); Apmierinātība ar dzīvi un Darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvars (r = 0,35; p = 0,01); Darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvars un apmierinātība ar partnerattiecībām (r = 0,60; p = 0,01). Kopumā var secināt - jo augstāka ir cilvēku apmierinātība ar dzīvi, jo vairāk cilvēki ir apmierināti ar partnerattiecībām un augstāks ir darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvars. Pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļo, ka regresiju analīzē iekļautie mainīgie kopā izskaidro 23 % apmierinātības ar dzīvi variācijas (R2 = 0,23). No tiem 20 % apmierinātības ar dzīvi variācijas izskaidro darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvars un vēl 3 % - apmierinātība ar partnerattiecībām. Atslēgas vārdi: apmierinātība ar dzīvi, subjektīvā labklājība, darba un ģimenes dzīves līdzsvars un apmierinātība ar attiecībām.

The aim of master work “Connection between contentment with life, work and family life balance and satisfaction in partnership” is ascertain the connection between the concepts of research work as well as to find out which aspects of work and family life balance and contentment of partnership are the factors which project contentment of life. The selection of participants of research work contains 102 people who live in marital relationship. The age group is people between the ages of 29 and 42. 51 respondents are men and 51 women. Three methods were offered to respondents; Satisfaction with life scale, ,(Diener, Emmons, Larsen, & Griffin, 1985) – adaptation by A. Upmane in Latvia (Upmane, 2010); Index of Marital Satisfaction,(W. Hudson, 1982); Positive & Negative family-to-work spillover which is gained (Kirchmeyer,1992, 1993, Stevens, Minnotte, Mannon, & Kiger, 2007) and adapted in Latvia in the framework of master work. The results of research work indicate that satisfaction with life and marital satisfaction (r = 0,35; p = 0,01); satisfaction with life and balance of work and family life (r = 0,35; p = 0,01); work and family life balance and marital satisfaction (r = 0,60; p = 0,01). Common conclusion is that the higher satisfaction with life the more satisfied people are with marital relationship and higer is balance between work and family. The research results reflects that the variables included in analysis of regresion together explain 23% satisfaction with life variation (R2 = 0,23). From them 20 % satisfaction with life variations explain work and family life balance and 3% - marital satisfaction.
