Docētāja personība studentu emocionālās ieinteresētības veidošanās procesā studijās

Abstract

Violas Rogules maģistra darba temats ir „Docētāja personība studentu emocionālās ieinteresētības veidošanās procesā studijās”. Darba mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt, kāda docētāja personība spēj sekmēt studentu emocionālo ieinteresētību. Darbā tiek analizēti tie psiholoģiskie un pedagoģiskie aspekti, kas veido docētāja personību, lai tā būtu spilgta, pārliecinoša, iedvesmojoša un lai spētu veicināt studentu emocionālo aizrautību. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas (trīs nodaļas un desmit apakšnodaļas). Teorētiskajā daļā tiek sniegts izklāsts par emocionālo aizrautību, docētāja personību, personības struktūru. Empīriskajā daļā ir veikts praktisks pētījums par docētāja personības nozīmi studentu vērtējumā. Balstoties uz teoriju, izstrādāta anketa, kuru aizpildīja 138 respondenti. Empīriskā pētījuma bāze ir Latvijas Universitātes Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes studenti. Maģistra darbā tiek secināts – docētāja personība spēj ietekmēt studentu emocionālo ieinteresētību, ja tai piemīt tādas rakstura īpašības kā radošums, erudīcija, taktiskums, iejūtība, atvērtība, optimisms, humors, godīgums u.c. Jārada par sevi un saviem spriedumiem pārliecinātas personības iespaids. Docētāja tēlam jābūt spilgtam, patīkamam un gaumīgam. Jāspēj būt par paraugu studentiem. The topic of Viola Rogule’s master’s thesis is: The role of lecturer’s personality in the development of emotional involvement during the study process. The research aims to investigate, both theoretically and in practice, the ability of some lecturer’s personality to aid students’ emotional interest. The work analyses those psychological and pedagogical factors that shape lecturer’s personality by making it striking, convincing, inspirational and able to advance the emotional involvement in students. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part (three chapters and ten sub-chapters). In the theoretical part, the psychological and pedagogical factors that form lecturer’s personality and personality’s structure are outlined. In the empirical part, a research is carried out on the significance of lecturer’s personality in the view of students. 138 respondents filled out questionnaire developed according to the theory. The basis for the empirical part is the students of the Pedagogy, Psychology and Arts Faculty, University of Latvia. The conclusion of the thesis is that lecturer’s personality can shape the emotional involvement of the students in case if it possesses characteristics such as creativity, erudition, humour, honesty, etc. One has to create convincing impression of itself and its opinions. The image of a lecturer has to be striking, pleasant and with taste. One must be able to present an example for the students.
