Interaktīvās tāfeles izmantošana runāšanas prasmju attīstībai angļu valodas stundās skolēniem ar īpašām vajadzībām

Abstract

Darba autore ir skolotāja speciālajā skolā, kur mācās bērni ar īpašām vajadzībām. Pēdējo trīs gadu laikā skolā ir iegādātas interaktīvās tāfeles un tās ļoti aktīvi izmanto skolotāji mācību stundās. Šī iemesla dēļ autore ir veikusi pētījumu, lai noskaidrotu, kā interaktīvā tāfele palīdz skolotājiem attīstīt runas prasmes angļu valodā skolēniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Lai veiktu pētījumu autore izmanto aptauju, lai veiktu aptauju, šādas datu apkopošanas metodes bija izmantotas: aptauja, intervija un mācību stundu novērošana. Aptauja skolotājiem tika veikta lai uzzinātu cik bieži un kādā nolūkā viņi izmanto interaktīvo tāfeli, kā, pēc viņu domām tā palīdz skolēniem apgūt mācību vielu. 52 aptaujas tika izdalītas un 45 no tām tika atgrieztas. 98% no skolotājiem atbildēja, ka viņi izmanto interaktīvo tāfeli savās stundās un tikai 2% to neizmanto, jo nav šādu iespēju, bet visi 100% aptaujātie skolotāji ieteiktu to izmantot saviem kolēģiem. Autore arī intervēja 11 un 12.klašu skolēnus un novēroja 5 mācību stundas, lai uzzinātu studentu viedokli par interaktīvo tāfeli, mācību procesā. Visi skolēni atbildēja, ka viņiem patīk interaktīva tāfele, jo tā palīdz viņiem saprast piemērus labāk un padara mācības interesantākas. Ja tāfelē demonstrē kādu attēlu, tas motivē skolānus uzdot jautājumus par attēlu. Autore secina, ka interaktīvās tāfeles mācību procesā motivē studentus runāt un uzdot jautājumus, palīdz viņiem labāk izprast piemērus, padara mācīšanās procesu interesantāku un palīdz organizēt skolotāju darbu. Arī skolēniem patīk interaktīvā tāfele un viņi vēlas to izmantot stundās.

The author of the Paper is a teacher in special school, where children with special needs studys. For the last three years interactive whiteboards have appeared in our school and are actively used by teachers in the learning process. Therefore the author did a research to find out how the interactive whiteboard help teachers to develop English speaking skills for students with mental developmental disorders. To do the research the author used the survey, to conduct the survey, the following data collection methods were applied: questionnaire, interview, lesson observation. Questionaire for teachers in order to find out how often and for what purpose they use an interactive whiteboard and if they think that it helps students to learn. 52 questionnaires were distributed and 45 of them were collected. 98% of teachers answered that they used an interactive whiteboard in their lessons and only 2% did not use it because they did not have such opportunity, but all 100% of teachers would suggest useing it to their colleagues. The author, interviewed 11th and 12th grade students and observed 5 lessons to find out students opinion about interactive whiteboard in the learning process, all students answered that they liked the interactive whiteboard, because it helped them to understand the examples better and made lessons more interesting. If there are displayed interesting pictures, it also motivates students to ask different questions about the picture. The author concludes that interactive whiteboards motivate students to speak and ask questions, help them to understand examples better, make learning process more interesting and helps to organize teachers work. Students like the interactive whiteboard and they are willing to use it in the lessons.
