Abstract

Magistra darba tiek analizeta zinatniska literatura par izglitibas iestades pedagoga darba tiesiskajam attiecibam. Latvijas likumdošana darba tiesiskas attiecibas regule Darba likums un tam pakartotais darba ligums darba deveja iestade, kas noslegts ar darba nemeju. Prakse Latvijas visparizglitojošajas skolas darba ligumu administrešana noverotas nepilnibas, ko var skaidrot ar juridisko zinašanu trukumu izglitibas iestades. Atslegvardi: darba ligums, pedagogs, izglitibas iestade, darba tiesiskas attiecibas. In the legislation of Latvia, the legal employment relations are adjusted bu the means of the Employment Law and its subordinate Employment Contract between the employer and the employee.
