Limbažu pilsētas apbūves attīstība (1918—1940)

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir ,,Limbažu pilsētas apbūves attīstība (1918.- 1940.g.)”. Pētījumā tiek aplūkota Limbažu pilsētas apbūves attīstība no 1918.gada, kad tika nodibināta Latvijas Republika, līdz 1940.gadam, kad beidza pastāvēt Latvijas Republikai nenotika jaunu namu celtniecības attīstība. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Limbažu pilsētas apbūves attīstību laika posmā no 1918. līdz 1940.gadam. Sakarā ar izvirzītajiem uzdevumiem, tieka izstrādāta maģistra darba struktūra, kas sadalīta trīs pamatnodaļās: 1. Pilsētas sociālekonomiskās dzīves attīstība; 2. Ielu tīkls un pilsētas komunālās saimniecības attīstība; 3. Jaunu ēku celtniecība un veco ēku atjaunošana. Limbažu pilsētas apbūve laikā no 1918.- 1940. gadam turpināja attīstīties tipiski Vidzemes pilsētām, ievērojot Latvijas Pirmās Republikas būvniecības noteikumus, pieejamos finansu līdzekļus un celtniecības materiālu pieejamību. Arī apbūve bija līdzīga citām Vidzemes pilsētām. Pētījuma rezultātā tika izveidota Limbažu pilsētas apbūves vēsture 20.gs. 20.- 40.gados, papildinot ziņas par Latvijas mazpilsētu apbūves vēsturi.

The theme of Master’s thesis is - “Architectural Development of Town Limbazi (1918-1940).” The focus of the research has been set on the development of the history of the construction of city Limbazi since 1918 when Republic of Latvia was founded till 1940 when Latvia was occupied by Soviet Russia. There had not been built new houses. In this paper author has researched the development of historical architectural environment starting from 1918 when got its status of town up to 1940 when during the great fire which took place in this town the biggest part of the town were lost. The aim of the thesis is to research a development of architectural development in Limbazi: 1918 – 1940. The thesis has three chapters; 1. The socioeconomic development of town; 2. A development of municipal economy and streets; 3. Building of the new structures and the renovation of the old ones. Limbazi’s historical architecture was developing according to the typical model of Vidzeme’s, the building process regulations of the First Latvian Republic and also the financial resources. Also the architectural system in Limbaži was similar like everywhere in the region of Vidzeme. This paper presents the history of creating of Limbazi’s architectural environment in 20s and 40s of 20th century, updating the history of architectural environment of small towns of Latvia.
