SIA „MTS Grupa” finansiālās darbības un rādītāju analīze par 2004.-2006.gadiem

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tika analizēts jaunizveidots uzņēmums , kurš darbojas pilnus trīs gadus. Tā kā jebkura uzņēmuma dibināšanas un darbības galvenais uzdevums ir gūt pēc iespējas maksimāli lielu peļņu , tad darbā tika pētīts uzņēmums , kurš ir jauns un kuram nav bijusi iepriekšēja pieredze . Izstudējot finanšu analīzes literatūru un izmantojot vispārpieņemtos finanšu analīzes veidus , principus un metodes tika pētīti uzņēmuma rādītāji šo trīs gadu laikā. Uzņēmuma statuss – sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību , darbības veids : mobilo telefonu mazumtirdzniecība , darbības vieta – Ogre. Uzņēmuma dibināšanā iesaistīti trīs dalībnieki , katrs ieguldot 700.- Ls , uzņēmuma pamatkapitāls ir 2100.- Ls. Lai analīzi veiktu un iegūtu datus , tika pētīti bilances un peļņas – zaudējumu aprēķini par 2004. , 2005. un 2006.gadu , veicot gan horizontālo , gan vertikālo analīzi . Lai novērtētu uzņēmuma darbības rādītājus tika izmantoti finanšu analīzē izmantojamie koeficienti – likviditātes , saistību vai maksātspējas un kapitāla struktūras rādītāji , aprites jeb aktivitātes rādītāji un rentabilitātes rādītāji.

The Diploma research paper analyzes a newly established enterprise working for full three years . Since the main aim of the foundation and activity of any enterprise is to derive a maximum profit possible , the paper deals with the company that is new and has not had a previous experience . The three-year results of the enterprise have been studied on the basis of the analysis of financial literature by the application of generally approved kinds, principles and methods of financial analysis. The status of the enterprise is – limited liability company, the aspect – retail sale of mobile telephones , place of operation – Ogre. Three participants were involved in the foundation of the enterprise , each of them investing 700.-LVL. The share capital of the company is 2100.-LVL. To complete the analysis and receive the necessary data , the balances and profit-loss statements of years 2004, 2005, and 2006 were studied with the application of both the horizontal and vertical analysis. To assess the indices of the enterprise activity , the coefficients common in financial analysis, i.e., liquidity ratio , the indices of liabilities or solvency and capital structure , turnover or activity ratio and cost-benefit ratio were used.
