Brīva darba spēka kustība Eiropas Savienībā un tās ietekme uz Latvijas darbaspēku

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir - Brīva darbaspēka kustība Eiropas Savienībā un tās ietekme uz Latvijas darbaspēku. Darba autore par savu mērķi izvirzījusi izpētīt brīvas darbaspēka kustības nozīmi un iespējas Eiropas Savienībā, kā arī izstrādāt mūsdienās šīs aktuālās tēmas secinājumus, kāpēc Latvijas valsts iedzīvotāji tik lielā skaitā izmanto brīvas darbaspēka kustības iespējas, ko mums sniedz ES. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi darba autore izvirzīja sekojošu uzdevumus - apskatīt darbaspēka kustības un migrācijas teorētisko bāzi, izvērtēt brīvas darbaspēka kustības iespējas iestājoties ES, noteikt migrācijas tendences ES ietvaros, izvērtēt darbaspēka migrācijas problēmas Latvijā, kā arī analizēt galvenos darbaspēka kustības cēloņus. Darba gaitā tika apskatīta darbaspēka kustības un migrācijas teorētiskā bāze, migrācijas iespējas iestājoties ES, kā arī situācija Latvijā darbaspēka nozarē pēc iestāšanās ES. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lpp. Tajā iekļautas 6 tabulas un 15 attēli. Bakalaura darbā izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti.

The Bachelor thesis’ theme is free workforce movement in the European Union and its affect in the Latvian workforce. To accomplish her goals, the author directed her research at the significance of free workforce movement and opportunities in the EU. She also developed contemporary conclusions about this theme – why Latvian residents are utilising free workforce movement opportunities in such large numbers and what the EU provides us. To accomplish the goals of this research, the author focussed her research as follows - examination of the theoretical basis for workforce movement and migration, evaluation of the free workforce movement upon entrance into the European Union, determination of migration trends within the framework of the European Union, evaluation of migration problems in Latvia, and analysis of the main reasons for workforce movement. During the course of the development of the Bachelor thesis, workforce movement and migration theory, migration opportunities upon entrance into the EU and the situation of the Latvian workforce after entrance into the EU were examined. The thesis has 60 pages which includes 6 tables and 15 figures and cites 29 sources.
