SIA „Auto Rīga” finanšu analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „ SIA „ Auto Rīga ” finanšu analīze ”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz finanšu analīzes teorētiskiem materiāliem un analizējot sabiedrības SIA Auto Rīga finanšu pārskatos ietverto informāciju un grāmatvedības operatīvo informāciju, noteikt sabiedrības darbības efektivitāti pārskatītajā periodā un salīdzināt to ar nozares vidējiem rādītājiem. Nodaļās teorētiskā daļa mijas ar praktisko un analītisko. Teorētiski apskatīti finanšu analīzes svarīgākie rādītāji – bilances un peļņas vai zaudējuma aprēķina dinamikas un struktūras rādītāji, likviditātes un maksātspējas rādītāji, rentabilitātes rādītāji, kā arī bankrota prognozēšana. Praktiskajā daļā autore veic SIA „ Auto Rīga ” finanšu analīzi par 2003., 2004. un 2005. gadiem, novērtējot sabiedrības finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamā periodā un salīdzinot tās ar nozares vidējiem rādītājiem 2005. gadā. Analītiskajā daļā autore nosaka SIA „Auto Rīga” finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņu cēloņus, kā arī izsaka piedāvājumus esošās situācijas uzlabošanai, kuras sabiedrības vadība varētu izmantot turpmāko finansiālo lēmumu pieņemšanā. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 68 lappuses, kas sastāv no 5 nodaļām un 4 pielikumiem. Darbā izmantotas 33 formulas, 23 tabulas un 13 attēli. The title of the diploma work is „The financial analysis of the Auto Riga Ltd.”. The purpose of the diploma work is to establish the efficiency of company’s activity work in the accounting period and to reconcile it with the mean showings in sector, based on materials of financial analysis in theory and analysing the information in company's financial statements and operational data of the accountancy. In the chapters of diploma work parts in theory is in rotation with parts in practise and analytic. In theory considered the main showings in financial analysis – dynamics and structure showings of balance sheet and profit or losses calculation, liquidity and paying capacity rations, profitableness rations, as well as forecast of bankruptcy. In practise, the author realizes financial analysis of Auto Riga Ltd. of years 2003, 2004 and 2005, evaluating changes of financial situation in company in period of analysing and reconciling it with the mean showings in sector in 2005. In analytic the author establishes causes of changes of financial situation in Auto Riga Ltd., as well as makes a proposal for to improve the existent situation, witch the company could employ for to adopt a financial resolution. The amount of the diploma work is 68 pages, which consists of five parts and four supplements. 33 formulas, 23 tables and 13 pictures had used in this diploma work.
