Iedzīvotāju novecošanās un to ietekme uz Latvijas pensiju sistēmas ilgtspēju

Abstract

Vecuma pensijas kā nākotnes iztikas ienākuma nodrošināšana ir ekonomiski un sociāli svarīgs process. Pētījuma problēma definēta ar ekonomiskas situācijas svārstībām, kuras ietekmē stratēģiskās valsts nozares, esošus un topošus pensionārus, un sociāli apdrošināto personu turīgumu. Pētījuma mērķis - pensiju sistēmas ilgtspēja Latvijā. Darba uzdevumi ir apdrošināšanas sistēmas ilgtspējas stabilitātes un cēloņsakarību analīze pētot demogrāfijas, migrācijas, bezdarba, inflācijas u.c. faktoru ietekmi. Analizēti Latvijas statistiskie dati laika posmā no 2003.-2014.gadam un to ietekmē uz pensiju sistēmas ilgtspēju, nosakot būtiskās atšķirības Baltijas valstu vidū. Apkopojot datus tika veikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi attiecībā uz pensiju sistēmas ilgtspēju, ka arī ekonomisku un politisku lēmumu tālredzīguma nepieciešamību situācijas uzlabošanai.
