Motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA „Salmo”.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autores Evitas Bžežinskas izvēlētais temats ir „Motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA „Salmo””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir: Izpētīt SIA „Salmo” motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējas, atklāt esošās motivācijas sistēmas nepilnības un trūkumus, sniegt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai, kas ļautu samazināt darbinieku mainību uzņēmumā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši darba uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot teorētiskās atziņas par motivācijas būtību, tās nozīmi. 2.Raksturot dažādas motivācijas teorijas. 3.Izpētīt esošo motivācijas sistēmu uzņēmumā. 4.Veikt anketēšanu par darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu un motivāciju. 5.Izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Darbā raksturots pētāmais uzņēmums „Salmo” un tā darbības virzieni, veikta tā darbinieku anketēšana un iegūto datu analīze. Anketēšana tika veikta 2007.gada septembrī. Darba 1 nodaļā pētīta motivācijas būtība un tās nozīme uzņēmējdarbībā, 2 nodaļā apskatītas motivācijas teorijas un 3 nodaļā pētīts motivācijas sistēmas novērtējums SIA ”Salmo”. Darba rezultāti – sasniegts izvirzītais mērķis, izteikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi uzņēmuma motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Darbā izmantotas 5 tabulas, 24 attēli, pievienoti 2 pielikumi un izmantoti 27 literatūras avoti. Darba apjoms 73 lapas.

The author of the Bachelor’s Paper ‘’Improvement of the motivation system in Ltd. ‘’Salmo’’ is Evita Bzezinska. The aim of the Bachelor’s Paper is: To examine possibilities of improvement of motivation system in Ltd. ‘’Salmo’’, to discover imperfections and shortages in existent motivation system, to offer suggestions on its improvement, so to decrease the rotation of employees in the company. To achieve the aim, the following tasks have been put forward: 1.To summarize theoretical cognitions about essence of the motivation, its meaning. 2.To characterize different theories of the motivation. 3.To examine existent system of the motivation in the company. 4.To carry out survey about employees’ satisfaction with works and their motivation. 5.To draw conclusions and offer suggestions on improvement of company’s motivation system. You can find a characterization of the research company “Salmo” and its aspects of work in the Bachelors Paper, as well as questionnaire of its employees and analyses of the findings. Questionnaire was carried out in September, 2007. In the first chapter of the work there is research of the essence of the motivation and its meaning in business activities. Motivation theories are examined in the second chapter, and in the third chapter there is research of the evaluation of the motivation system in Ltd. “Salmo’’. Results of the work – proposed aim was reached, conclusions and suggestions on improvement of company’s motivation system has been stated. There are 5 charts, 24 pictures, added 2 attachments and 27 literature resources are used in the work. Volume of the work is 73 pages.
