Eiropas integrācijas idejas attīstība 20.gadsimta pirmajā pusē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Eiropas integrācijas idejas attīstība 20. gadsimta pirmajā pusē” apskata periodu no 1918. gada līdz Otrā pasaules karam. Darba mērķis ir apskatīt Eiropas integrācijas idejas attīstību Eiropas sabiedriski-politiskajā domā 20. gs pirmajā pusē. Darba uzdevumi ir apskatīt eiropeisma idejas rašanos Pirmā pasaules kara laikā un pēckara gados; analizēt R.Kudehove-Kalergi „Paneiropas” projektu; izpētīt A.Briāna „Eiropas Federācijas” projektu; secināt šo plānu cēloņus neveiksmi starpkaru periodā. Pētījuma rezultāti apliecina, ka integrācijas idejas neguva plašu izplatību starpkaru periodā. Pēc kara valstīm parādījās tieksme uz izolacionisma, robežu aizvērtību, savas suverenitātes sīvu aizsardzību. Asas pretrunas starp Eiropas valstīm neļāva realizēt jebkādus Eiropas apvienošanās federālus projektus.

Thesis „The development of the ideas of European integration in the first half of 20th century” discusses the time period from 1918 till the Second World War. The aim of the research is to discuss the development of European integration ideas in the socio-political thought in the first half of 20th century. The tasks are to discuss the emergence of eiropeism ideas during the First World War and postwar years, to analyze R.Kudehove-Kalergi “Pan-European”project, to study "the European Federation" project by A. Brian, concluding the causes of the failure of these plans during interwar period. The study results confirm that the integration ideas did not gain wide spread during the interwar period. After the war, the countries appeared to isolationism, closed borders, fierce protection of their sovereignty. Contradiction among the European countries did not give a chance to realize any of the European unification projects.
