Rīgas rātes finanšu politika 14.un 15.gadsimtā Rīgas pilsētas ķemerejas grāmatu (1348-1361; 1405-1474) atspoguļojumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Rīgas rātes finanšu politika 14.un 15.gadsimtā Rīgas pilsētas ķemerejas grāmatu (1348-1361; 1405-1474) atspoguļojumā” mērķis ir rekonstruēt Rīgas rātes izdevumu struktūru un izvērtēt atsevišķo izdevumu kategoriju nozīmīgumu kopējā 14. un 15.gadsimta Rīgas rātes finanšu politikā, balstoties uz Rīgas pilsētas ķemerejas grāmatu ierakstiem. Darbā tiek raksturota vispārējā Rīgas rātes finanšu politika 14. gadsimta beigās un 15.gadsimtā Rīgas pilsētas ķemerejas grāmatu (1348-1361; 1405-1474) atspoguļojumā, ķemerejas materiāli tiek izcelti kā ļoti bagātīgs tā laika pilsētpārvaldes un reprezentācijas izdevumu raksturojošs avots, tiek atklāta ķemerejas materiālu nozīme būvniecības un pilsētvides uzturēšanas izdevumu izpētē, raksturoti Rīgas pilsētas saimnieciskie izdevumi ķemerejas materiālu kontekstā un iezīmēta ķemerejas materiālu kā sociālo izdevumu pētniecības avota vērtība, kur sociālie izdevumi raksturoti ne vien kā izdevumi sociālajām vajadzībām, bet arī kā izdevumi labdarībai.

The aim of the bachelor thesis „The Financial Policy of Riga Town Council in 14th and 15th Century in the Reflection of Account Books of Town of Riga (1348-1361; 1405-1474)” is to reconstruct the structure of expenses of Riga Town Council and to evaluate importance of detached categories of expenses in the common financial policy of Riga Town Council in 14th and 15th century, based on the records of Books of Town of Riga (1348-1361; 1405-1474). In this bachelor thesis the common financial policy of Riga Town Council in 14th and 15th century in the reflection of Account Books of Town of Riga (1348-1361; 1405-1474) is described, the Account Books are displayed as a very ample historical source for characterization of administrative and representation expenses of these times town, also the meaning of Account Books in the research of construction and town environmental maintenance expenses is revealed, household expenses are described in reflection of Account Books and the value of Account Books as a research source for social expenses, where the social expenses are interpreted not only as an expenses for social needs, but also as an expenses for charity, is marked.
