Burvju un raganu prāvu teorētiskais pamatojums P.Eihorna un H.Samsona darbos.

Abstract

Šis bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā ir aprakstīts par inkvizīcijas aizsākumiem, kā arī aplūkots darbs „Raganu veseris”, kurā tā autori Šprengers un Krāmers 3 daļās uzdod jautājumus un pēc tam arī izklāstītas atbildes uz to, ko tie nodēvē par raganu ķecerību un sniedz metodes ķeceru atmaskošanai un sodīšanai. Otrajā daļā ir aplūkota inkvizīcijas izveidošanās un attīstība Latvijā. Livonija 17.gs. kļūst slavena kā burvju un raganu zeme; sāk liesmot raganu sārti. Caur šo ieskatu vēsturē ir aprakstīts, kā H. Samsons un P. Einhorns ir nonākuši paši pie saviem uzskatiem šajā jautājumā par burvjiem un raganām. Aprakstītas ir arī metodes, kuras tika izmantotas šajās prāvās, kā arī to norise.

The bachelor paper “The Theoretical Substantiation of the Actions against Witches and Sorcerers in Works of P.Eihorn and H.Samson” consists of two chapters. The aim of the first chapter was to describe the beginning of inquisition and examined the book by H. Sphrenger and J. Kramer „Malleus Maleficarum” which was considered to be the manual for inquisitors. This book summarized all opinions concerning heresy of witches and therefore gave a significant contribution to the praxis of witch hunting throughout the Europe. The second chapter of the paper deals with the history of witch hunting in Livonia with special regard to the works by H.Samson and P.Einhorn and their interpretation of the ideas of “Malleus Maleficarum”.
