Abstract
Bakalaura darbs „Personāla vadības uzlabošanas iespējas SIA „Kronus””, balstoties uz mūsdienīgu pieeju, ir izstrādāts ar mērķi novērtēt darbinieku atlasi organizācijā un sniegt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Pētījuma iekļauts SIA „Kronus” vispārējs un personālvadības raksturojums, apskatīti darbinieku meklēšanas, atlases un adaptācijas procesi uzņēmumā, kā arī veikta aptauja par darba uzākšanu kompānijā.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 86 lappusēm, 15 attēliem, 2 tabulām un 7 pielikumiem.
Bachelor paper „Improvement options of human resources management within „Kronus” ltd.” is developed with a modern approach to reach its objective: to evaluate selection of personnel in the enterprise and offer suggestions for it’s improvement.The research includes the general description of „Kronus” Ltd. operations and human resources management, employees searching, selection and adaptation processes as well as a survey about starting to work in the company.
