Pētījuma iekļauts SIA „Kronus” vispārējs un personālvadības raksturojums, apskatīti darbinieku meklēšanas, atlases un adaptācijas procesi uzņēmumā, kā arī veikta aptauja par darba uzākšanu kompānijā.
