Restorāna "Gan Bei" viesmīļu apmācība un apmācības novērtēšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Restorāna “Gan Bei” viesmīļu apmācība un apmācības novērtēšana”. Darba mērķis – pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņam par apmācības un novērtēšanas sistēmam, izpētīt SIA “Lage Ko” restorāna “Gan Bei” apmācības sistēmu, apmācības novērtēšanas metodes, ka arī veikt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus apmācības un apmācības novērtēšanas procesa pilnveidošanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, četram nodaļām, secinājumiemi un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras avotu saraksta un pielikumiem. Darba pirmajā un otrajā nodaļa tiks aplūkoti teorētiski aspekti par apmācības un apmācības procesa novērtēšanas sistēmam. Darba trešajā nodaļā ir ietverts vispārīgs uzņēmuma SIA “Lage Ko” raksturojums, aplūkota tā apmācības un novērtēšanas sistēma, ka arī ir izskatīts budžets, kurš tiek paterēts uz jauno viesmīļu apmācību. Darba ceturtājā nodaļā tiks atspoguļoti uzņēmuma novērtēšanas eksperimenta rezultāti par to, ka restorāna “Gan Bei” apmācības procesa iegūtas iemaņas tiek piemēroti ikdienas darbā, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 61 lpp, 2 attēlam, 9 tabulām, un 2 pielikumiem.

The theme of bachelor`s - „Training and evaluation of training of the waiters in “Gan Bei” restaurant”. The aim of bachelor`s – on the ground of theoretical aspects about training and evaluation of training systems, to study Ltd. “Lage Ko”, “Gan Bei” restaurant methods of training and evaluationof training, to make conclusions, to give suggestions for their correction. Bachelor consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusions and suggestions, the list of used literature and attachments. In the first and in the second chapter of bachelor there will be viewed the theoretical aspects of the training and evaluation systems. The third chapter contains of the general Ltd. „Lage Ko” description and there will be viewed company’s training and evaluation systems, and the budget that is spent on the training of new waiter. In the fourth chapter there will be viewed results of observation experiment, which is about how in restaurant “Gan Bei” acquired skills are applied in daily work. Bachelor consists of 61 pages, 2 pictures, 9 tables and 2 attachments.
