Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ,,A/S PET Baltija’’ kvalitātes pārvaldību sistēmu loma uzņēmuma konkurētspējas nodrošināšanā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt A/S PET Baltija kvalitātes pārvaldības sistēmu darbības ietekmi uz uzņēmuma konkurētspēju, atklāt problēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus problēmu samazināšanai. Bakalaura darbs satur: 65 lapas, 4 tabulas, 24 attēlus. Darba pirmajā daļā autors analizē Eiropas Direktīvu un LR likumdošanas normatīvo aktu analīzi atkritumu apsaimniekošanas jomā. Darba otrajā daļā autors analizē organizācijas iekšējās struktūras uzbūves modeļus. Trešajā darba daļā autors analizē organizācijas pašnovērtēšanas modeli EFQM .Ceturtajā daļā autors analizē kvalitātes pārvaldību sistēmu darbību A/S ,,PET Baltija. Darba piektajā daļā autors veic uzņēmuma pašnovērtējumu , izmantojot EFQM izcilības modeli. Pētījuma objekts. A/S PET Baltija Pētījuma priekšmets. Autors lielu nozīmi pievērsa, kā praksē tiek pielietoti kvalitātes vadības principi, kas tieši vai netieši iedarbojas uz uzņēmējdarbības veikšanu. In the process of doing research the author visited the company "Baltija PET" manufacturing facility in order to better understand the ISO management systems. The author paid great attention to the practically applied quality management principles that are directly or indirectly exposed in business.The conclusions and recommendations were developed according to the research results.
