Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’Kvalitātes vadības pilnveidošana A/S “PET Baltija” ‘’ Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt AS ”PET Baltija” PET otrreizējās pārstrādes procesus, atklāt problēmas procesu kvalitātes vadībā un sniegt priekšlikumus problēmu novēršanai. Bakalaura darbs satur: 69 lapas; 5 tabulas; 16 attēlus. Izstrādājot darbu autors apmeklēja uzņēmuma ”PET Baltija” ražotni , lai labāk saprastu ražošanas procesus un to vadību. Autors lielu nozīmi pievērsa kā praksē tiek pielietoti kvalitātes vadības principi, kas tieši vai netieši iedarbojas uz uzņēmējdarbības veikšanu. Tāpat autors izskatija un analizēja LR likumdošanu atkritumu pārstrādāšanas jomā. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi tika izstrādāti vadoties pēc pētījuma rezultātiem. Bachelor thesis is'' Improvement of the Quality Management JSC ‘’PET Baltija'' the bachelor thesis is to investigate the JSC "PET Baltija" PET recycling processes, identify problems in the process of quality management and make proposals to remedy the problems. Thesis contains: 71 pages, 5 tables, 16 figures. Author visited the company's "PET Baltija” manufacturing facility in order to better understand producing processes and their management. The author drew great importance to how quality management principles are used in practices, and how they are impacting business. The authors also examined and analyzed LR state legasitive bodies, documents and documentation of other related institutions responsible for waste treatment and recycling..
