Bakalaura darba „Motivējošā tūrisma izmantošana A/S „Parex banka”” mērķis ir motivējošo ceļojumu programmu analīze A/S „Parex banka” un priekšlikumu izstrādāšana Bankas motivējošo ceļojumu stratēģijas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas (2 nodaļas), praktiskās daļas (2 nodaļas) un pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā autore apskata darījumu tūrisma specifiku, kā arī sīkāk apskata motivāciju veidus uzņēmumos un motivējošo ceļojumu kā vienu no iespējamajiem motivētājiem. Praktiskā daļa ir veltīta statistikas datu analīzei par ienākošo un izejošo darījumu tūrismu, kā arī motivēšanas sistēmas izpētei un analīzei „Parex bankā”. Darba gaitā tiek apstiprināta hipotēze, ka motivējošie ceļojumi ir efektīvs veids kā motivēt darbiniekus, taču bez pareizas uzņēmuma koncepcijas motivēšanas jomā šis efektīvais motivētājs zaudē savu pozitīvo ietekmi. Darba apjoms ir 69 lpp (ieskaitot 4 pielikumus), izmantoti 23 literatūras avoti, attēlotas 2 tabulas un 5 attēli. The purpose of the graduation work „Incentive Tourism application in A/S „Parex banka”” is to analise incentive travel in A/S „Parex banka” and to put forward a proposal to improve the strategy of incentive travel. Graduation work consists of theoretical part (2 chapters), practical part (2 chapters) and attachments. Theoretical part consists of specific features of bussines travel, different kinds of motivation in organisations and incentive travel aso ne of them. Practical part is dedicated to analysis of statistics of incoming and outgoing bussines travel in Latvia and survey and analyse of motivation strategy in „Parex bank”. During the graduation work author has approved hypothesis, that incentive travel is very effective way to motivate emploees, but without organizations appropriate contept of the sistem of motivation, incentive travel depreciates positive impact on emploees of this organization. Graduation work consists of 69 pages (including 4 attachments), used 23 sources of bibliography, represented 2 tables and 5 images.
