Nodarbinātības analīze Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Nodarbinātības analīze Baltijas valstīs”. Šī brīža situācija ir tāda, ka valstīm kopumā un uzņēmumiem nepieciešams ne tikai finansiālais atbalsts, bet arī pareiza nodarbinātības politika, lai radītu jaunas darbavietas, attīstītu esošas, saglabātu, piesaistītu un attīstītu darbaspēku, kā rezultātā attīstītu esošo Baltijas valstu nodarbinātības sfēru, samazinātu bezdarbu un reformētu izglītības sistēmu, kas palīdzētu stabilizēt Baltijas valstu pozīcijas Eiropas darba tirgū, kā arī darbojas kā nozīmīgs ekonomikas izaugsmes faktors. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot nodarbinātības būtību, problemātiku, veicināšanas pasākumus, izpētīt darbaspēka konkurētspēju un to ietekmējošos faktorus Baltijas valstīs, analizēt nodarbinātības dinamiku Baltijas valstīs no 2002.-2009. gadam. Rezultātā autore izveidoja secinājumus un izstrādāja konkrētus priekšlikumus nodarbinātības veicināšanai Baltijas valstīs. Darbs apjoms ir 69 lpp., tajā ietilpst 16 attēli, 3 tabulas. Izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts satur 39 vienības.

Bachelor's working theme is "Employment Analysis of the Baltic States." The current situation is that countries in general and the companies need not only financial support but also the proper employment policy to create jobs, develop existing, retain, attract and develop the workforce, as a result of the development of the Baltic sphere of employment, reducing unemployment and reform the education system to help stabilize the position of the Baltic States of the European labor market as well as acting as a significant economic growth. Bachelor's job is to find employment in the nature of problem, incentive measures, to examine the competitiveness of the workforce and the factors affecting the Baltic countries, to analyze the employment dynamics in the Baltic States of 2002 to 2009 Year. Result of the conclusions the author created and developed specific proposals to promote employment in the Baltic States. The volume of the work is 69 pages. It contains 16 pictures and 3 tables. 39 bibliographical sources are used in this work.
