Personāla vadīšanas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA "Sunset Rīga"
Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir - „Personāla vadīšanas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA „Sunset Rīga”. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus personāla vadīšanas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā.
Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi tika analizēti teorētiskie aspekti, izvērtēta uzņēmuma personāla vadīšana, veicot empīrisku pētījumu, izmantojot darbinieku anketēšanu un intervijas.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek raksturots uzņēmums, otrā nodaļa sastāv no personāla plānošanas, meklēšanas, atlases, adaptācijas, trešā un ceturtā no personāla novērtēšanas un motivācijas. Tiek veikta un visās nodaļās iekļauta personāla vadīšanas izpēte, pielietojot darbinieku anonīmu aptauju un intervijas.
Darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi personāla vadīšanas uzlabošanai uzņēmumā.
Darba apjoms- 83 lappuses, satur 8 tabulas, 31 attēlu, 5 pielikumus, 27 izmantotās literatūras avotus.

To achieve the aim of the work theoretical aspects were analyzed, appraised company personnel management, carrying out empirical research, using employee’s questionnaire and interviews.
Work consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter company is described, the second consists of personnel planning, searching, selection, adaptation, the third and fourth consists of personnel assessment, motivation. Research is carried out and is included in all chapters, using employee’s questionnaire and interviews.
In the final part of the work, conclusions are summarized; proposals for personnel management improvement are given.
The volume of work -83 pages, contains 8 tables, 31 images, 5 appendixes, 27 used literature sources.
