Bakalaura darbā „Organizācijas kultūras pilnveide Nordea bankā” autore pēta un sniedz savus priekšlikumus par organizācijas kultūras uzlabošanu Nordea bankā. Organizācija šobrīd ir nostiprinājusies pēc nopietnām organizatoriskajām pārmaiņām, līdz ar to darbiniekiem jābūt skaidrībai par to, kāda ir organizācijas kultūra, lai uzlabotu uzņēmuma sniegumu.
Darbu veido 3 nodaļas – pirmajā nodaļā autore apskata organizācijas kultūras teorijas metodisko bāzi, otrajā nodaļā autore izanalizēja informācija par organizāciju un veica pētījumu, kurā izmantoja anketēšanas un intervēšanas metodes. Noslēgumā, analizējot pieejamo organizācijas kultūras teoriju, iepazīstoties ar uzņēmuma specifiku un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, autore ir sniegusi savus priekšlikumus organizācijas kultūras pilnveidošanā.
Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lapas, tajā ietvertas 6 tabulas un 13 attēli, pievienoti 2 pielikumi un 16 izmantotās literatūras avoti. ANOTATION
In the bachelor work “Organizational culture improvement of Nordea Bank” the author explores and presents proposals for improving the organizational culture of Nordea Bank. The organization is currently consolidated after major organizational changes, wherewith the staff must understand the organizational culture to improve business performance.
The work consists of three subdivided parts - in the first part, the author investigates organization culture as a methodological basis for the theory, in the second part, the author analyse information about the organization and then made research where had used questionnaires and interviewing techniques.
At the end of the work after deep analysis of the available theory of organizational culture, studying specificity of the organization and based on the results of the study, the author has given her organization's proposals for cultural development.
The amount of work: 60 pages, 6 tables, 13 images, 2 appendixes, and 16 literature sources.
