Perma kaļķakmeņu tipi Kūmu atradnē un to izmantošanas iespējas

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir raksturot perma kaļķakmeņus un izdalīt to tipus Kūmu atradnē, kā arī raksturot dažādu kaļķakmens tipu selektīvās izmantošanas iespējas. Dokumentēti un izpētīti Kūmu atradnes perma slāņkopas 3 ģeoloģiskie griezumi, kā arī ievākti paraugi un izgatavoti 29 plānslīpējumi. Secināts, ka perma slāņkopā Kūmu atradnē var griezumus savstarpēji korelēt un iedalīt 5 slāņos. 1. slānis atbilst Sātiņu ridai, 2. un 3. Kūmu ridai, bet 4. un 5. – Alšu ridai. 1.-3., kā arī 5. slānī dominē mazgraudainie un mikrītiskie kaļķakmeņi, bet 4. slānī – daudzgraudainie un pilngraudainie kaļķakmeņi. Perma slāņkopā Kūmu atradnē porcelānveida kaļķakmeņu kukuļu izplatība ir novērojama Sātiņu ridas augšdaļā, Kūmu ridā, kā arī Alšu ridas augšējā daļā. Ņemot vērā ļoti labi izturēto kaļķakmeņu slāņojumu, teorētiski ir iespējams veikt kaļķakmens selektīvu ieguvi.

Aim of work is to characterise Permian limestones and to divide their types in the Kūmas deposit, as well as characterise possibilities of their selective exploitation. There are documented and studied 3 geological sections of the Permian beds at Kūmas deposit, as well as collected samples and prepared 29 thin-sections. It is concluded that in the Permian at the Kūmas deposit one can correlate sections and divide 5 layers. 1st layer corresponds to the Sātiņi Member, 2nd and 3rd to the Kūmas Member, but 4th and 5th to the Alši Member. 1st to 3rd and 5th layer is dominated by wackestone and mudstone, but 4th layer by packstone and grainstone. In the Permian beds at the Kūmas deposit porcelain-like limestone nodules are present in upper part of the Sātiņi Member, in Kūmas Member, as well as upper part of the Alši Member. Taking into account well-expressed bedding of limestones, theoretically it is possible to exploit limestone selectively.
