| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba tēma ir "Osteoporozes ārstēšanā izmantojamo zāļu aprite divās aptiekās". Darbā tiek izpētīts, kādas zāles izmanto osteoporozes ārstēšanā Skrīveros un Aizkrauklē un kādi produkti papildus tiek lietoti, lai aizkavētu osteoporozes attīstību.Pētījums tika veikts divās aptiekās "Zemgales aptiekā" Skrīveros un "Mēness aptiekā" Aizkrauklē.Darbs sastāv no divām daļam:literatūras apskats un pētījums par pretosteoporozes medikamentu pārdošanu divās aptiekās.Apkopojot rezultātus apstiprinājās fakts, ka ārsti osteoporozes ārstšēšanā dod priekšroku bisfosfonātiem, kas ir populāra terapija visā pasaulē, tomēr tiek nozīmēti arī citi pretosteoporozes medikamenti: stroncija ranelāts, alfakalcidols. Tāpat cilvēki mūsdienās pievērš uzmanību savai veselībai un cenšas veikt profilaktiskus pasākumus, lai aizkavētu osteoporozi, lietojot kalcija un D vitamīnu saturošus produktus. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Topic of master work is "Turnover of medicines used for treatment of osteoporosis in community pharmacies". In this work were investigated drugs types used for osteoporosis treatment and supplementary products used for osteoporosis progress prevention in Skriveri and Aizkraukle. The research were taken in two pharmacies "Zemagles drugstore" in Skriveri and "Meness drugstore" in Aizkraukle. The work consists of two parts:literature review and research about sale against osteoporosis drugs in two pharmacies. Summarizing the results of research confirmed that doctors prefer to treat osteoporosis with bisphosphonates, a popular therapy worldwide, but are prescribed other anti-osteoporosis drugs such as stronii ranelatum and alfacalcidolum. The same way people nowodays pay attention to their health and trying to take preventive events to prevent osteoporosis with calcium and vitamin D containing products. | en_US |
