Abstract
Darbā izpētītas 3-(2,2-dimetilhidrazino)propionskābes atvasinājumu sintēzes metodes un ķīmiskās īpašības, kā arī izanalizēti to iespējamie pielietojumi. Īpaša uzmanība veltīta jaunas un mazizpētītas amīdu aktivācijas metodes – bis-Boc-amīdu aktivācijas – pielietošanas iespēju izvērtēšanai beta-dimetilhidrazinopropionskābes atvasinājumu iegūšanai. Darba eksperimentālajā daļā tika sintezēti dažādi 3-(2,2-dimetilhidrazino)propionskābes atvasinājumi, izpētītas to bis-Boc-amīdu reakcijas ar nukleofīliem un iegūti daži jauni hidrazīnija betaīni, kas ir kardioprotektora mildronāta struktūranalogi.
In current work methods of synthesis, chemical properties and possible areas of use of 3-(2,2-dimethylhydrazino)propionic acid derivatives are being studied. Especial attention is being paid to analyzing possibilities of application bis-Boc amide activation methodology for the synthesis of beta-dimethylhydrazinopropionic acid derivatives. In the experimental part of research project were synthesized several 3-(2,2-dimethylhydrazino)propionic acid derivatives (including new hydrazinium betaines, structural analogues of effective cardioprotector mildronate) and were studied their bis-Boc amide reactions with nucleophiles.
