| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | An analytical method is described for the quantification of elements (Cr, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd and Ni) in silicon ingot samples, pine needle reference material PN SRM 1575 and bone meal SRM 1486 using dynamic reaction cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (DRC-ICP-MS) after microwave digestion. Methane and helium were used as reaction collision gases to reduce polyatomic interferences. DRC data were verified by analyzing the same samples with ETAAS (Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Cd) and FAAS (Cu, Zn) methods. | en_US |
