Jonu šķidrumu hromatogrāfija lietojot jaukta tipa sorbentu jonogēnās kustīgas fāzes sistēmā

Abstract

Darbā tiek izvērtēta literatūra par jonu šķidrumu kvalitatīvajām noteikšanas metodēm izmantojot augstefektīvo šķidrumu hromatogrāfiju. Veikti imidazolija hlorīdu sorbcijas pētījumi izmantojot jaukta tipa sorbentu. Noteikti pētīto savienojumu izdalīšanās laiki un aprēķinātas izdalīšanās faktoru vērtības pie dažādām acetonitrila koncentrācijām eluentā un dažādām eluenta pH vērtībām. Izvērtēta hromatogrāfijas sistēmas efektivitāte pētītajiem savienojumiem un izrēķinātas joslu asimetrijas faktora vērtības. Novērtēta pētīto savienojumu hidrofobitātes raksturlielumu saistība ar eksperimentāli iegūtiem izdalīšanas parametriem.

Literature information of qualitative determination methods of ionic liquids using high performance liquid chromatography has been evaluated. Chromatografhic analyses of imidazolium chlorides using mixed mode stationary phase have been provided. The values of retention times of ionic liquids have been determined and the values of capacity factors have been calculated at the different concentrations of acetonitrile and the different values of pH in mobile phase. Efficiency of the chromatographic system for all sorbates has been evaluated and the values of peak asymmetry factor have been calculated. Dependence of hydrophobic parameters of analysed compounds on the retention parameters has been investigated.
