Satura pārvaldības sistēmas Drupal praktiskais pielietojums

Abstract

Šī darba mērķis ir analizēt esošās tīmekļa vietnes migrācijas procesu uz jaunu sistēmu, mēģinot novērst trūkumus. Galvenie darba uzdevumi ir sekojoši – izpētīt izvēlēto satura pārvaldības sistēmu un migrēt esošo tīmekļa vietni no vecās sistēmas uz izvēlēto jauno sistēmu. Kā arī aprakstīt darbības, kuras tika veiktas migrācijas laikā, lai tās varētu kalpot kā rokasgrāmata. Mērķa realizēšanai darbs tika sadalīts sekojošās daļās: • tika novērtētas trīs mūsdienas populārākās satura pārvaldības sistēmas un tika izvēlēta labākā – Drupal sistēma; • tika apskatīta līdz šim izmantotā satura pārvaldības sistēma WebModeler un izdalīti iemesli, kāpēc ir nepieciešams pārnest tīmekļa vietni; • tika novērtēti un pielietoti Drupal sistēmas piedāvātie risinājumi tīmekļa vietnes veidošanai. Rezultātā, detalizēti tika izpētīta sistēma Drupal un WordPress. Ir veikta šo sistēmu salīdzināšana, balstoties uz migrācijas procesiem. Ir izstrādātas vadlīnijas, kuras palīdz paveikt migrācijas procesu maksimāli veiksmīgi. Darba apjoms – 90 lpp.; 62 attēli un 2 tabulas.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the migration process of existing Web site to a new system, attempting to eliminate disadvantages. The main tasks of the work are as follows – to investigate the Content Management System and to migrate the existing Web site from an old system into the chosen new system. It is also important to describe operations, which have been carried out during the migration process in order to present itself as a reference manual. In order to realize the aim the work is devided into the following parts: • three contemporary Contents Management Systems have been evaluated and the better system – Drupal one has been chosen; • the Content Management System titled as WebModeler has been examined and there have been highlighted the causes, why it is necessary to transfer Web site; • the suggested decisions of Drupal system for a Web site formation have been estimated and applied. As a result, the systems Drupal and WordPress have been investigated in detail. The comparison of these systems has been carried out, basing on migration processes. There are worked out guidelines, which to the utmost successfully help to fulfill the migration process. The work contains 90 pages, 62 figures and 2 tables.
