Teritoriālo datu apkopošanas moduļa izveide FIBU sistēmā.

Abstract

FIBU Lietvedība ir informācijas sistēma dokumentu reģistrēšanai, virzībai un apstrādei, kuru izmanto gan novadu pašvaldībās, gan valsts iestādēs. Mans uzdevums bija izveidot „Teritoriālo datu apkopošanas moduli’’, kas apkopotu un sakārtotu pa reģistriem dokumentus, kas saistīti ar būvniecību un teritorijas plānojumu un informāciju par nekustamo īpašumu. Galvenais uzdevums, izstrādājot moduli, bija izveidot meklētāju, kurā, ievadot kadastra apzīmējumu vai adresi, ir iespēja atrast teritoriālo informāciju un izveidot jaunus dokumentus.FIBU is a information system for registration, progressing and processing of documents, which is used in municipalities and government institutions of the Republic of Latvia. My goal was to create a „Territorial data collection module”, which would collect and sort documents by registers that are connected with construction and the planning of territory and also collect information about real estate. The primary goal was to create a searcher, where the user can file the cadastre number or address and thus find territorial information about it and create a new documents.
