Sistēmas lietotāju notifikācijas modulis Lotus Notes vidē

Abstract

Lotus Notes datubāzēs informācija tiek glabāta dokumentos, viena tipa dokumentiem ir kopīgs lauku komplekts. Bieži vien konkrētu vērtību gadījumā nepieciešams informēt noteiktus lietotājus. Ņemot vērā, ka datubāzēs ir ļoti daudz dokumentu, tad cilvēkam to caurskatīšana prasa ļoti daudz laika. Mērķis ir izstrādāt moduli, kas ļauj atvieglot šo procesu. Respektīvi, ir iespējams definēt kritērijus, pēc kurā ievadītiem nosacījumiem tiek atlasīti dokumenti, un katram izvēlētam lietotājam tiek izveidotas notifikācijas ar kritērijā ievadīto paziņojuma tekstu. Notifikācija arī satur saiti uz atrasto dokumentu. Kritēriju definēšana tiek veikta Lotus Notes klientā. Savukārt notifikāciju apskatīšanu lietotājs veic caur tīmekļa saskarni vai Lotus Notes klientā. Darba rezultāts ir izstrādāta sistēma un tai atbilstoša dokumentācija.

In Lotus Notes databases data is stored in documents, documents of the same type have the same kind of fields. Often there is a need to notify users of some particular values. Considering the amount of documents in a database, it takes a lot of time to manually examine them. The goal is to develop a module that simplifies this process. Criteria can be defined, documents are selected based on it and for every chosen user notifications with the text included in the criterion are created. Each notification also contains a link to the found document. Criteria are defined in Lotus Notes client. However, user views notifications through web interface or in Lotus Notes client. The result is a developed system and the corresponding documentation.
