There is no classification among court judgment based on the law or article. As a result, it is not convenient to find necessary court judgments. The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to create two methods for extracting information from judgments. The first method is based on heuristics and the second one is done by using machine learning algorithms. Both methods are compared with each other as well as with the world's greatest achievements.
The two methods have been created for information retrieval from court judgments. The precision can compete with the greatest acknowledgments in the domain. The browser extension is created for easier presentation of the information after the information was retrieved from the courts judgments. Next to the article the corresponding court articles are demonstrated in the web site likumi.lv.
