Maksātspējas prognozēšanas modeļu piemērotība Latvijā būvniecības nozarē
Zusammenfassung
Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt pētījumu par bankrota prognozēšanas modeļu piemērotību Latvijā būvniecības nozarē strādājošiem uzņēmumiem. Pētījuma ietvaros autore veic aprēķinus par 6 maksātnespējīgiem un 3 veiksmīgi strādājošiem uzņēmumiem būvniecības nozarē pēc trīs atšķirīgu autoru bankrota prognozēšanas modeļiem – Altmana Z’’, Zmijevska X un Fulmera H. Pētījumā tiek izmantoti 54 uzņēmumu finanšu pārskati (bilance, peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķins) par laika periodu no 2007. līdz 2011. gadam.
Pētījumā ir 70 lpp, 44 tabulas, 2 attēli un 10 pielikumi.

The fundamental aim of the given diploma paper is to carry out research regarding bankruptcy predictions, pertaining to building companies in the Latvian Real Estate Market. In this research, modeling was carried out by analyzing 6 insolvent and 3 ongoing successful construction companies to predict the viability of the company.
In this research 3 different bankruptcy models were applied, provided by the following authors: Altman, Zmiyevsky, and Fulmer.
54 Financial statements were supplied to support the research, the reports which were used for this paper from 2007-2011 were balance sheets, profit and loss statement.
In total, in this research there are 70 papers, 44 tables, 2 images and 10 attachments.
