Iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme pašvaldības uzņēmumā SIA „Rīgas ūdens"

Abstract

Mūsdienās kvalitatīva iekšējās komunikācija ir viens no būtiskākajiem faktoriem, kas ietekmē uzņēmuma produktivitāti. Maģistra darba tēma ir „Iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme pašvaldības uzņēmumā SIA „Rīgas ūdens””. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt iekšējās komunikācijas procesa kvalitāti noteicošos faktorus pašvaldības uzņēmumā SIA "Rīgas ūdens", veikt to ietekmes analīzi uz uzņēmuma komunikācijas kultūru. Maģistra darbs tika izstrādāts divās daļās. Pirmā ir teorētiskā daļa, kurā tiek aplūkoti iekšējo komunikāciju ietekmējošie faktori. Savukārt otra ir praktiskā daļa, kurā ar aptaujas palīdzību, tika iegūti dati, kas atspoguļo pašvaldības uzņēmuma SIA „Rīgas ūdens” un privātā sektora uzņēmuma SIA „N” respondentu viedokli par iekšējās komunikācijas nozīmību, komunikācijas problēmu cēloņiem, u.c. jautājumiem. Kā arī veikts abu uzņēmumu iegūto datu salīdzinājums. Maģistra darba izstrādes rezultātā ir iegūti secinājumi par darbā izklāstīto tēmu, kā arī piedāvāti autores priekšlikumi uzņēmuma iekšējās komunikācijas pilnveidošanā. Darbs sastāv no 77 lapām, tika izmantotas 6 tabulas, 32 attēli un 3 pielikumi.

Nowadays good quality communication is one of the main factors that influences productivity of organisation. Master thesis is “The importance of internal communication in the municipal enterprise Rigas Udens Ltd.” The aim of this paper is to explore the main factors, which determine the quality of internal communication process in the municipal enterprise Rigas Udens Ltd. To analyse how mentioned factors influencing the culture of communication in general. Master thesis is written in two parts. The first part is theoretical part, which describe the factors which may influence internal communication. The second part was the practical part. The data was acquired with the help of questionnaire that reflects opinions of respondents of municipal enterprise Rigas Udens Ltd and privately held enterprise “N” Ltd about the importance of internal communication, the causes of miscommunication and other relevant issues. Enterprises were compared based on the data received. The result of the master thesis, are conclusions about importance of internal communication and suggestions how to improve the level of internal communication in organisations. The paper consists of 77 pages. 6 tables, 32 pictures and 3 appendixes were used.
