| dc.description.abstract | Inovācijas banku darbībā galvenokārt ir fokusētas uz tehnoloģijām, kuras palīdz uzlabot banku darbību, to piedāvātos produktus un pakalpojumus.
Diplomdarba tēma ir banku produktu attīstība un inovācijas.
Šī darba mērķis ir izanalizēt banku produktu un pakalpojumu inovāciju būtību (teorētiskā aspektā) un pielietojumu ārvalstu un Latvijas komercbankās, izstrādāt rekomendācijas to izmantošanas palielināšanai.
Darba pirmajā nodaļā autore raksturo inovāciju teoriju, tās skaidrojumu un pielietojumu, otrajā daļā analizē banku produktu inovācijas.Trešajā nodaļā autore veic intervijas ar Latvijā galveno banku speciālistiem, kā arī veic aptauju starp banku klientiem, kas lieto mobilo ibanku..

| dc.description.abstract | Innovations in banking mainly focus on technologies that help improve banking operations, their products and services.
This diploma work’s theme is about the development of banking products and innovations.
The goal is to analyze the essence of bank product and service innovations(theoretical aspect) and their use in Latvian and foreign commercial banks, to develop recommendations on increasing the use of them.
In the first part the author describes the theory of innovation, its interpretation and application, in the second part – analyzes bank product innovations, in the third part – interviews the leading bank specialists and also surveys various bank customers who use mobile banking.
