Valsts sociālā apdrošināšana Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Valsts sociālā apdrošināšana Latvijā”. Pirmajā nodaļā ir rasturota socālās apdrošināšanas sistēma Latvijas Republikā, otrajā apakstīti un analīzēti valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas veidi un tešajā nodaļā ir analizēta un izpētīta valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas sistēmas darbība. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz spēkā esošo likumdošanu un statistiskiem datiem, izpētīt un analizēt valsts sociālo apdrošināšanu kā sociālās drošības sistēmas sastāvdaļu. Lai sociālā drošības sistēmas reforma sasniegtu iecerētos mērķus, nepieciešams: 1.valstī jāpanāk ekonomiskā stabilitāte 2.nepieciešama nodokļu politika 3.pastāvīgi jāinformē iedzīvotāji par notiekošajām izmaiņām sociālajā sfērā 4.nepieciešams pastiprināt VID un citu institūciju darbību nodokļu iekasēšanas jomā 5.jāturpina nodarbinātības politikas pasākumi 6.sakārtot un pilnveidot likumdošanu sociālajā jomā.

Theme of baccalaureate work is « the State social insurance in Latvia ». In the first part the system of social insurance in Latvia is described, in the second part kinds of social insurance are described and analysed, in the third part activity of system of social insurance is analysed and investigated. Primary objective of work, being based on the legislation and statistical data, the studying and the analysis of the state social insurance as integral part of a social security is. That reform of system of social insurance has reached the planned purposes, it is necessary: 1.To reach economic stability in the state 2.The tax policy 3.Constantly to inform residents on occuring changes in social area 4.To strengthen activity VID and other institutions on taxation 5.To improve political undertakings on employment 6.To improve the legislation in social
