Abstract
Pasūtītāja galvenā problēma bija lielais dokumentu daudzums, ko filiāļu darbiniekiem vajadzēja aizpildīt ikdienas darījumos. Klientiem nācās gaidīt rindā, jo viena klienta apkalpošana aizņēma daudz laika.
Darījumu uzskaites sistēma „Ferrum” tika izstrādāta ar mērķi automatizēt datu plūsmu un samazināt datu ievades un apkopošanas darbu uzņēmumā SIA „Stingers PLUS”.
Customer's main problem was the large quantity of documents, which employees of the branches had to fill of the daily transactions. Customers had to wait in a line, as one customer service took a long time. Trade Accounting System “Ferrum” was designed to automate the flow of data and reduce data entry and compilation work in the company SIA “Stingers PLUS”.
