Mācīšanās stili rakstu valodas stundās

Abstract

Rakstīšanas process sevī ietver vairākus uzdevumus, rakstu darba plānošanu, pārskatīšanu un rediģēšanu. Tā kā studentiem ir atšķirīgi mācīšanās stili ir ļoti svarīgi, lai viņi izmantotu savam stilam piemērotas metodes informācijas vākšanas, organizēšanas, kā arī pārskatīšanas un rediģēšanas procesos. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kā studenti var pielietot savu mācīšanās stilu rakstīšanas procesā un vai katram mācīšanas stilam ir atbilstošs uzdevumu krājums. Lai to noskaidrotu tika analizētas vairākas mācīšanās stilu teorijas un apskatītas sekojošas grāmatas: T. Abigail, H. McKay, Writing Warm Ups, M. Harris, D. Mower, and A. Sirkorzynska, Opportunities Intermediate Students’ Book, un M. Stephens, New Proficiency Writing. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka katra mācīšanās stila īpašības var pielietot rakstīšanas procesā, un katram mācīšanās stilam ir atbilstošs uzdevumu krājums.

The process of writing involves a number of activities, planning, revising and editing. As students have different learning styles it is important that they use suitable methods for their learning style when gathering and organizing information, revising and editing it. The purpose of this research paper is to find out how students can apply their learning styles in the writing process and whether each learning style has an appropriate set of writing tasks. In order to find out this several learning styles theories were analysed and the following books were explored Abigail, T., McKay, H. Writing Warm Ups, Harris, M., Mower, D. and Sirkorzynska, A., Opportunities Intermediate Students’ Book, and Stephens, M. New Proficiency Writing. The results show that characteristics of each learning style can be applied in the process of writing and each learning style has an appropriate set of writing exercises.
