Elektrisko un tehnisko parametru ietekme uz dažādiem audiem elektroķirurģijā

Abstract

Darba mērķis bija salīdzināt dažādu frekvenču elektroķirurģisko iekārtu, dažāda stipruma jaudas, griešanas ātruma un elektrodu materiāla ietekmi uz dažādu audu histoloģiju, kā arī noskaidrot, vai pastāv korelācija starp maksimālo temperatūru, kas fiksēta ar termokameras palīdzību, un laterālo audu bojājuma dziļumu. Darba rezultāti parādija, ka laterālo audu bojājuma dziļums ir atkarīgs ne tikai no elektroķirurģiskā ģeneratora frekvences, bet arī no izmantotā griešanas režīma; nepastāv nozīmīgas atšķirības starp laterālo audu bojājuma dziļumu, ko producē dažāda stipruma jauda vai atšķirīgs griešanas ātrums; patāv vidēji izteikta korelācija starp maksimālo temperatūru un laterālo audu bojājumu nieres audos; volframs rada statistiski nozīmīgi mazāku laterālo audu bojājumu nekā tērauds vai nitinols.

Aim of this study was to compare influence of different frequency electrosurgical units, different output powers, cutting speeds and electrode material on different tissue histology, and to establish whether there is correlation between maximal temperatures fixed by thermographic camera and depth of lateral tissue damage. Results showed that depth of lateral tissue damage depends not only on frequency of electrosurgical unit, but also on working mode; there are no significant differences between depth of lateral tissue damage made by different output powers and different cutting speeds; there’s a medium marked correlation between maximal temperature and depth of lateral tissue damage in kidney; tungsten produces significantly lower depth of tissue injury than steel or nitinol.
