Hanča reakcijā iegūti 4-piridil-1,4-dihidropiridīna (1,4-DHP) atvasinājumi, ko izmanto kā pamatsavienojumus tālākai piridilaizvietotāja kvaternizēšanai. Veikta 4-piridil-1,4-DHP kvaternizēšana ar etil- un dodecilbromīdu, iegūstot monokvaternizētus 1,4-DHP atvasinājumus, kā arī realizēta 4-piridil-1,4-DHP kvaternizēšana ar propargilbromīdu, iegūstot jaunu, oriģinālu biskvaternizētu 1,4-DHP atvasinājumu 4-[1-[3-[3-[3,5-bis(etoksikarbonil)-2,6-dimetil-1,4-dihidropiridīn-4-il]piridīn-1-ijum-1-il]allil]piridīn-1-ijum-3-il]-2,6-dimetil-1,4-di¬hidropiridīn-3,5-di¬karbon¬skābes dietilestera dibromīdu. Those derivatives were used as main compounds for quaternisation of 4-pyridyl substituent of 1,4-DHP. Quaternisation of 4-pyridyl-1,4-DHP was performed with ethyl- or dodecylbromide, to obtain monoquaternary 1,4-DHP derivatives, also was performed quaternisation of 4-pyridyl-1,4-DHP with propargylbromide, to obtain novel bisquaternary 1,4-DHP derivative - 4-[1-[3-[3-[3,5-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridin-4-yl]pyiridin-1-ium-1-yl]ally]pyridin-1-ium-3-yl]-2,6-dimthyl-1,4-dihydro¬pirydin-3,5-di¬carbon acid die
