Kļūdas zāļu receptēs un to ietekme uz farmaceitisko aprūpi

Pēdējos gados kļūdām zāļu receptēs tiek pievērsta lielāka uzmanība, jo tās palielina izmaksas veselības aprūpei, ietekmē saslimstību un mirstību. Kļūdas receptēs rodas recepšu izrakstīšanas laikā, kā rezultātā rodas grūtības farmaceitam sniegt atbilstošu farmaceitisko aprūpi.
Darba mērķis bija analizēt biežāk sastopamās kļūdas aptiekā saņemtajās receptēs un to ietekmi uz farmaceitisko aprūpi. Tika apkopoti dati par 300 parastām receptēm, kuras visbiežāk bija izrakstījuši ģimenes ārsti. Recepšu noformējums atbilstoši visām likumdošanas prasībām tika atzīmēts tikai 17 receptēs. Receptes ievaddaļā bieži netika norādīta informācija par pacienta vārdu. Receptes parakstīšanas daļā biežāk netika norādīta informācija par zāļu formas daudzumu. Recepšu daļā, kur veic norādījumus slimniekam par zāļu lietošanu 41 receptē nebija konkrēti norādīta zāļu lietošana. Today, in the health care profession, all types of medication errors including missed dose, wrong dosage forms, wrong time interval, wrong route are a big deal for better pharmaceutical care. Problems related to prescription errors are common in the healthcare profession, and are responsible for significant morbidity, mortality, and cost.
The aim of this study was to analyze the common errors in the prescriptions and their impact on the pharmaceutical care. Over the 300 prescriptions, only 17 were filled correctly according to the legislative requirements in Latvia. The frequency of physician who had signed selected prescriptions was family doctors. In the inscription part errors were found frequently due to lack of the name of the patient. Errors of the quantity of drug in the prescription part was the most frequent type of the error. In the 41 prescriptions we observed failures in Signatura part due to the lack of regime of drug use.
