Sociālā darbinieka loma bērnu nama bērnu un bioloģiskās ģimenes saskarsmē

Abstract

Izvēlētā diplomdarba temats: ir „Sociālā darbinieka loma bērnu nama bērnu un bioloģiskās ģimenes saskarsmē.” Izvirzītais diplomdarba mērķis ir pētīt sociālā darbinieka lomu bērnu nama bērnu un bioloģiskās ģimenes saskarsmē. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim darba nodaļān. Pirmajā ir raksturots ģimenes jēdziens, analizēta bērna nodalīšana no viņa bioloģiskās ģimenes un teorētiski raksturoti bērnu nama bērni un viņu bioloģiskā ģimene. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturota bērnu nama vide, teorētiski raksturota ģimenes atkalapvienošanas procesa sekmēšana, teorētiski raksturota sociālā darbinieka darbība bērnu un bioloģiskās ģimenes saskarsmē. Trešajā nodaļā atspoguļoti sociālo darbinieku viedokļi par bioloģiskās ģimenes un bērnu nama bērnu saskarsmes ietekmi uz bērnu, kā arī par sociālā darbinieka lomu bērnu nama bērnu un bioloģiskās ģimenes saskarsmē Latgales reģionā. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem pētījuma rezultātiem, autore secina, ka viens no svarīgākajiem sociālā darbinieka pienākumiem ir bērna problēmu identificēšanu un nepieciešamo resursu piesaistīšanu šo problēmu risināšanā.

The tittle of diploma thesis is „ Social worker role in communication between orphans and their biological family”. Diploma thesis aim is to research social worker role in communication between orphanage and their biological family. Diploma thesis consists of three parts. In the first part of diploma thesis are described definition of family, analyzed child separation of his biological family and theoretically described orphanage and their biologically family. In the second part is characterized children’s home environment, theoretically described the process of promoting family reunification, and theoretically is characterized social worker action in orphanage and their biological family communication. Third part consists of social workers views about biological family and orphanage communication influenc on the child, also of social worker role orphanage and biological family communication in Latgales region. Based on the research results, author concludes, that the one of the most important responsibilities of the social worker is the child’s problem identifying and attracting the necessary resources to solve this problems.
