Maģistra darbs izstrādāts LU Bioloģijas fakultātes Augu fizioloģijas laboratorijā, laika posmā no 2013. gada februāra līdz 2013. gada maijam. Isolated from vermicompost humic acids are considered one of the main fractions in the developmental impact of the plant.
The aim was to monitor the effects of humic acids on plant growth using various physiological parameters characterizing the method.
Chlorophyll amount was determined by the Minolta SPAD - 502 chlorophyllmeter, chlorophyll a fluorescence with Handy PEA fluorescence analyzer oxidative enzyme activity was determined spectrophotometrically.
According to the findings, we suggested that humic acids increases the amount of chlorophyll in SPAD units, increases plant fresh and dry mass, stimulates root development. Photochemical reaction activity higher than the control and humic variants showed added option treated with FeEDTA.
