Abstract
Latvijā jau vairākus gadus konstatēta ošu mežaudžu pastiprināta atmiršana. Lai uzlabotu
ošu mežaudžu vitalitātes stāvokli, nepieciešams veikt pētījums to optimālas augšanas
nodrošināšanai.
Darba mērķis ir noteikt klimatisko faktoru ietekmi uz parastā oša pavasara koksnes
traheju veidošanos un salīdzināt to ar gadskārtu platumu veidošanos.
Paraugi ievākti kopumā piecos parauglaukumos Gulbenes, Madonas un Ogres novados,
un divos parauglaukumos Jūrmalas novadā Andas Sprudzānes pētījuma ietvaros 2010. gadā
par klimatisko faktoru ietekmi uz parastā oša radiālo augšanu. Paraugi pārslīpēti, iekrāsoti ar
vaska krītu un skenēti. Izmērīti vidējie pavasara koksnes traheju dobumu laukumi, vēlāk tie
šķērsdatēti, standartizēti, un izveidotas hronoloģijas katram parauglaukumam atsevišķi.
Klimatisko faktoru ietekmes noteikšanai izmantotas vidējās gaisa temperatūras un nokrišņu
summas apkopotos periodos (vasarā, rudenī, ziemā, pavasarī, un sezonā), mēnesī un dekādēs
no Rīgas un Gulbenes meteoroloģiskām stacijām, veicot korelācijas, daudzfaktoru regresijas
un zīmīgo gadu analīzes. Iegūtie rezultāti salīdzināti ar iepriekš iegūtajiem, izmantojot
gadskārtu platumus.
Konstatēts, ka klimatiskajiem faktoriem ošu pavasara koksnes traheju veidošanas
procesos ir lokāla nozīme. Kopumā ošu pavasara koksnes traheju laukumu lielumiem ir
būtiskas saistības ar nokrišņu daudzumu iepriekšējā gada vasarā un rudenī un vidējām gaisa
temperatūrām rudenī, ziemā un pavasarī. Klimatiskiem faktoriem ir vairāk saistību ar
pavasara koksnes traheju veidošanos nekā ar gadskārtu platumu veidošanos. Konstatēts arī, ka
klimatiskie faktori izskaidro lielāku daļu no pavasara koksnes traheju dobumu laukumu
mainības nekā gadskārtu platumu variēšanas un ka pavasara koksnes traheju veidošanos
ietekmē klimatiskie faktori īsākam laika periodam (dekādei) nekā gadskārtu platumu
veidošanos (mēnesim).
Common ash dieback has been reported for several years in Latvia. To improve the vitality of ash stands, it is necessary to study for an optimal growth ensurement. The aim of the work is to determine the influence of climate factors on the earlywood vessel area formation of common ash and compare it with tree ring width formation. Samples were collected from five sampling sites in Gulbene, Madona and Ogre regions and two sites in Jurmala region within the framework of the research about the influence of climatic factors on the radial growth of common ash by Anda Sprudzāne in 2010. Samples were sanded, stained with a white wax chalk and scanned. Mean earlywood vessel lumen areas were measured, later they were cross dated, standartizated and chronologies were formed for each sampling-site. Influences of climate factors were defined using mean air temperatures and percipitation amount in compiled periods (summer, autumn, winter, spring and season), months and decades from Riga and Gulbene weather stations, by performing correlation, multiple regression and pointer year analysis. The obtained results were compared with previously obtained results using tree ring widths. It has been found that the influence of climate factor has a local effect on ash earlywood vessel lumen area formation. In general, ash earlywood vessel lumen areas have significant relation to percipitation in last summer and autumn and mean air temperature in autumn, winter and spring. Climatic factors have more correlations with mean earlywood vessel lumen area than tree tring width. It was also found that climatic factors explain more of earlywood vessel lumen area variations than of tree ring width variability and that earlywood vessel lumen area is influenced by climatic factors over a shorter time period (in a decade) than tree ring widths (in a month).
