| dc.description.abstract | Galvenais darba mērķis – veidot universālo rīku genomu pētīšanas atvieglošanai un sistematizēšanai. Rīks atļauj salīdzināt vienu genomu ar otro, ka arī salīdzināt genomu ar datubāzē ierakstītiem genomiem. Analīzes rezultātu rīks izvada lietotājam ērtā veidā. Darba rezultāta bija radīts „Genoma analīzes rīks” – programmatūra, kas atbilst dotajam prasībām. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this work - create universal tool for simplification and systematization of the process of the genome analysis. Program allows compare genomes to each other, and with genomes that already stored in database. Program returns the result of analysis in user-friendly way.
